You should maybe have a look at this online Chinese painting courses...
True,Simouni,Dream Toastmaster Club is kinda getting more people in to support their financial status.They have a way of making their events interesting to attract people to join their club.I would say that only those people who has no confidence in themselves or have few friends,such as the VPE Tan Mee Yee who needs to join the club to make herself an useful person,but just only in the Club,feel so sad for her that she wasnt able to make it in her hometown as well as in Aust.
