Congratulations to DTM K Loghandran of Speakers' Dream Toastmasters Club who emerged as the Champion of the District International Speech Contest held on 20 April, 2008 in Penang.
He will be representing District 51 to compete at World International Speech Contest at Calgary, Canada in August, 2008.
Certainly DTM K Loghandran has made our Club proud. He has made Speakers' Dream Toastmasters Club to be well known in Toastmasters Circle, even internationally.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish him the best at the next level of competition.
